A NEW Emerge
is coming very soon!

The rumours are true!  Emerge is moving to a new location.  The new amazing space is just behind Emerge, with the new address being 31-33 Little Ryrie Street. 

Emerge has really outgrown is current space.  Established now for six years Emerge has become a popular destination for steak lovers, coeliacs, special occasions & everyone in between! 

We often book out on week nights & weekends require booking quite a bit in advance.  The new Emerge is a larger space.  We are hoping to seat 85 guest.  

The other reason for the move is we are looking to improve the ambience & acoustics.  The current Emerge has been amazing for the last six years but we are well aware it hasn't delivered on ambience to the level we have hoped for. 

The new Emerge was originally an old wool shed.  With exposed red bricks and high ceilings with exposed trusses this venue has a lot of character that we plan on featuring.

We are hoping to have a much more spacious layout with booth, high top and lower seating to really break up the space.  Our favourite feature is a three sided fireplace! 

So what are we doing with the old Emerge you ask?  Well we have listened to Geelong & we will soon be able to deliver on a private dining space!  Something Geelong desperately needs. 

Whether you are looking to book a corporate event, birthday, wedding, christening or anything in between this space can be yours!  Delivering the exact Emerge menu that all have come to love.  Packages, catering & set menus will all become available. 

There is a few other plans for what will be the old Emerge, but that's a secret for now...
